Account deletion

Delete your saii account and associated data.

You can request deletion from Settings & Privacy after signing in on the web, or contact us if you cannot access your account.

Request deletion while signed in

  1. 1. Sign in to saii on the web.
  2. 2. Open Settings & Privacy.
  3. 3. Select Delete account in Account Management.

Request deletion without the app

If you already uninstalled the Android app or cannot sign in, email us from the address or phone number connected to your account. Include your display name and write that you want your saii account deleted.

What we delete

Deleting your account deletes the account record and associated profile, social-login references, devices, push tokens, active sessions, consent records, posts, comments, messages, matches, reports tied to your account, profile views, and subscription entitlement records.

Recovery window

After you request deletion, your account is disabled and recoverable for 30 days. Active sessions are revoked right away and push tokens are cleared. After the recovery window, saii permanently purges the account through the scheduled deletion job.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, or audit integrity. Backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation expires.

Deleting some data only

You can hide your profile from discovery, update notification settings, and manage your block list in Settings & Privacy. For a specific data deletion request that does not close your account, email privacy@saii.kr.
