Youth Play Festival

The 2026 Namyangju youth festival 'Youth Play Festival' takes place on Saturday, September 19 at the Sampae section of Namyangju Hangang Citizen Park. Hosted by Namyangju City, it is a cultural event for young people in which they share their cultural and artistic activities and wide-ranging talents with citizens. The main program consists of youth-planned experience booths running from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., the Youth Star Stage from 3:30 p.m. to 5:20 p.m., and artist performances from 5:20 p.m. to 6:40 p.m. Side events bring plenty to enjoy, including experience booths, food trucks, a flea market, and non-alcoholic beer. The Youth Star Stage is a performance program featuring talented local young people, while the artist performances bring rapper kaogaii and singer Kim Na-young to the stage for roughly an hour. Youth Play Festival is an event where young people take part in performances, hands-on experiences, a flea market, and more, and citizens come together to enjoy the culture and talents of the city's youth.
