5th Gunwi Samguk Yusa National Family Walking Event with Ingaksa Temple

The '5th Gunwi Samguk Yusa National Family Walking Event with Ingaksa Temple' is a walking event held in Gunwi, the home of the Samguk Yusa, where families walk together and experience the region's history and nature. Marking its fifth year, this year's event is run together with Ingaksa Temple of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, known as the place where the Samguk Yusa was written, and is designed to spread the historical meaning of the Samguk Yusa and Gunwi's cultural and tourism assets through walking. Following the walking course laid out through the natural scenery around Ingaksa Temple, participants can enjoy the mood of autumn with family, friends, or partners. Alongside the walk, the event ground hosts congratulatory performances by invited singers Hong Won-bin, Park Seo-jin, and Kim Tae-yeon, plus a variety of on-site programs for participants. A family event where history, culture, nature, and performance come together in one place, it aims to spread a healthy culture of leisure through walking and to share the cultural value of Gunwi and the Samguk Yusa.
