Michuhol Media Culture Festival

Launched in 2004, the Michuhol Media Culture Festival is a comprehensive cultural festival where visitors can experience content from the district's own media center, the Juan Video Media Center, alongside the latest in media technology. As a representative festival of Michuhol-gu, it is planned to help residents understand a fast-diversifying media environment and try the relevant devices firsthand. The venue offers a wide range of hands-on media programs, including virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) device experiences, one-person creator broadcasting practice, and photo and video editing. During the festival, the main stage hosts performances by local artists and resident clubs, complemented by rich side events such as an art flea market, a kids' zone, and a food zone. By bringing together media experiences, cultural and artistic performances, and food, the Michuhol Media Culture Festival serves as a key venue of exchange that narrows the information gap in the community and fosters connection among residents.
