Ulju Drone Festival

The festival offers a rich lineup of things to see and do, with drone-themed experiences, performances, and drone shows. Hands-on programs range from drone activities such as drone balloon popping, drone obstacle racing, and drone basketball to special experiences with an AI Go robot, an AI painter, and a quadrupedal walking robot, plus 3D printing, digital tattoos, a chroma-key photo studio featuring the Ten Scenic Views of Ulju, wood calligraphy nameplate making, building your own mini garden, and a disaster safety experience hall, giving visitors of all ages plenty to enjoy. Main performances feature Chaeyeon, Lee Ji-hoon, and Sleepy, along with stages from the local art performance teams Bontae Crew and Bearound Entertainment. The highlight of the festival is the "drone light show": 1,300 drones will fill the autumn night sky to beautiful music, promising spectators a truly moving spectacle. Cutting-edge drone aircraft will also be on display, and visitors can see for themselves the drones operated by Ulju County, including those flying in its special drone liberalization zone and drone demonstration city.
