About this event
The Gimhae National Heritage Night Walk is a nighttime, stay-a-while cultural festival staged around the Daeseong-dong Ancient Tombs, the Tomb of King Suro and Surim-won, where the breath of Gaya still lives — an event for enjoying 'light and history' together through night views, performances, experiences and food. Walking the night paths that follow historical stories at cultural heritage touched by Gaya's breath, visitors also rediscover the joy of familiar routes.
Through the eight programs themed on 'night' — night scenery, night paths, night history, night paintings, night tales, night food, night stays and night markets — visitors encounter the brilliant Gaya history and cultural heritage of Gimhae in a fresh way. Each program is composed of performances, exhibitions, experiences, food and nightscape content, naturally conveying the meaning and value embodied in the national heritage and offering a special time to experience Gimhae's own historical and cultural identity firsthand.
