〈Dogi Pottery, the Earthenware That Holds Us〉 is a special exhibition held this July at the Gwangju National Museum. Taking a fresh look at pottery — the ware closest to everyday life and a companion over long years — the exhibition meets the stories held in its practicality, its aesthetic, and the tradition it carries. On view are some 300 works, including a pleated-pattern bottle and large jars excavated from the Cheonghaejin site on Jangdo, Wando.
