Tteokbokki Festival

The 6th Tteokbokki Festival, hosted by Buk-gu, Daegu, is Korea's flagship festival dedicated to tteokbokki. It runs for three days from October 23 to 25, 2026 around Daegu iM Bank PARK, and has established itself as a representative autumn festival of Daegu drawing tens of thousands of visitors every year. The festival is a complex cultural event encompassing a food zone where famous tteokbokki restaurants and varied food-and-beverage vendors from across the country take part, along with performance, experience and event programs. Key programs include main-stage performances, Tteokpe Night, the Red Flavor Lucky Draw, the Perfect Tteokbokki Challenge missions, inbound tours tailored to visitors from Taiwan, and a post-festival short-form video contest. It is a festival that spreads K-food culture centered on tteokbokki and contributes to revitalizing the local economy.
